3. Service Usage

  • M. I. R. Games apps are provided free or paid
  • Some apps can be used offline without internet connection
  • Apps may include advertisements
  • Advertisements are a revenue source for app operation and improvement

4. Data Management

  • All game data is stored only on your device
  • You can use backup features to save your data (where available)
  • All data will be deleted when the app is uninstalled
  • Users are responsible for data loss
Important: Always backup before changing devices or reinstalling the app!

5. Advertising Policy

  • Apps may display advertisements through Google AdMob
  • Ads are placed to not interfere with gameplay
  • Ad clicks must be voluntary
  • Intentional fraudulent clicks (ad manipulation) are prohibited
  • Personalized ads can be disabled in device settings

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited:

  • Reverse engineering or modifying the app
  • Exploiting app vulnerabilities
  • Using for illegal purposes
  • Installing on others' devices without permission
  • Fraudulently manipulating or auto-clicking ads

7. Copyright

  • All M. I. R. Games content is copyrighted by M. I. R. Games
  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited
  • Users retain rights to their game data

8. Service Changes and Discontinuation

  • Apps may be updated for service improvement
  • Services may be temporarily suspended due to technical issues
  • Important changes will be announced in-app or on our website

9. Disclaimer

M. I. R. Games is not responsible for:

  • Data loss due to device errors, OS updates, etc.
  • Data loss due to failure to backup
  • Issues caused by user negligence
  • Force majeure events such as natural disasters

10. Terms Changes

These terms may be changed as needed, and changes will be announced in-app or on our website. If you do not agree to the changed terms, you may discontinue use of the app.
